Child Safety Policy:

Children are only permitted in the salon area when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. 

Cancellations: 

Cancelations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will subject to a 50% of the service booked. Cancelations made within 12 hours and up to the appointment time or a “No-Show” will be subject to 50% of the service booked.

It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of our clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and will need to reschedule tour appointment to another date and/or time.

We understand that life happens however as a small business cancelation and no shows make it hard to fill in those last minute spots which in turn hurts us. As a courtesy you receive a confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment as well a 24 hour reminder we ask that you value our time and respect our business. Service Refunds:

We do not issue any refunds on services in situations where the service can be rectified. We offer complimentary changes with in the first week of service. Other specifics will be decided by owner of the salon.
